The brothers Miguel and Pablo Valladares are Mexican businessmen originally from the State of San Luis Potosí, owners of communication media, as well as companies in the mining industry, telecommunications and production of animations. They are both the founders and majority shareholders in the Managing Board of SinEmbargo.mx
The Valladares brothers are well known in the political scenery of San Luis Potosí. They both have had positions in governmental agencies thanks to the political party PRI.
Besides being founders and owners of SinEmbargo.mx, they are both partners in the local newspaper El Pulso from San Luis Potosí and in Huasteca Hoy, whose publications support the political career of the other members of the family.
In 2014, the Spanish daily El Mundo mentioned that among the many companies of the family, Grupo Mival in San Luis de Potosí, is the one through which they build their political careers.

Miguel Valladares - In 2002, the businessman registered as a potential candidate for governor of the State of San Luis Potosí from the political party PRI (Institutional Revolutionary Party); at the end he withdrew his candidacy because he did not receive support from other PRI members.
Pablo Valladares - Has a civil association in San Luis Potosí called “Vía Alterna” through which he helps people from his family and his closest circles to run for elected offices for the political party PRI.
The Valladares brothers have not published in SinEmbargo.mx how many shares they own; besides them shareholders in the company are the journalists Jorge Zepeda Patterson and Alejandro Páez Varela.
There is no information about the rest of the shares of the Valladares brothers in other companies either.
